They will be either loaded by your theme or by modules. So check their origin and either deactivate the correspondig modules or remove them from template files.

If there is 5 module. in that i want to remove css files. It means i have to open each module file and remove css ?

I want bulk css file remove

First find out the origin of the css file (e.g. check the path where it's loaded from). I'm not really sure what and why you want to archive but if you need/use a module you will need their css as well.
