billaronson Posted August 5, 2019 Share Posted August 5, 2019 (edited) Hi Just started using Prestashop When a customer places an order in English as the shop owner I get an email notification and so does the customer. When a customer uses another language e.g. Russian they get e-mail confirmation but as shopowner I don't get an email. if I go to the control panel I can see the order has happened but that means I will have to constantly check for new orders. I see there was a thread about this in an older version of Prestashop but I couldn't see how it applies.
