CrystalPhoenix18 Posted June 21, 2019 Share Posted June 21, 2019 Hi, At a customer's request, I voided a PayPal authorization for payment. Now PS 1.7 won't let me change the status of the order - it currently reads "on backorder (not paid)". I want to change it to "cancelled" but it keeps coming up with "error_code : 10600; error_message : Authorization is voided.;". Can anyone tell me how to fix it?? Thanks! CrystalPhoenix18 Posted November 3, 2019 Author Share Posted November 3, 2019 Figured it out for anyone else having this problem - I navigate through cpanel to my database, select the orders table, navigate to the order in question and change its status to 6 (cancelled).
