Seek someone config FREE SHIPPING cost

Hi Everyone,

 

Can anyone help me config free shipping calculate base on Sub-total price instead total products.

I am giving fixed price discount offer to my customer, my Store offer FREE SHIPPING to invoice value $200 or Above, but I still want to charge their shipping cost which Total Price below $200.

 

My Store:- $200 or Above offer FREE SHIPPING

 

Example:-

Product A $100

Product B $50

Product C $70

-----------------

Sub-Total: $220

Voucher Discount:- -$50 <Fix discount> 

-----------------

Total Price: $170 

 

Other than purchase a Module, if anyone can fix it, please inbox me with price and time taken modification.

You can set this in BO, Shipping -> Preferences.
