[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module HttpRequester: Class 'HttpException' not found

Hi ,

 I am trying to uninstall a module from the modules block. 

after I have done that I found I can't access the modules block.

Here is an error:

Youu probable install or upload a module that is not compatible with your Prestashop version (that you should upgrade soon by the way). Now you must identify which is the module with the conflict (activating PS debug mode can help) and delete it manually from your ftp.

Thank you, I know the module name which I try to uninstall it then cause this problem. Do you have specific steps on how to fix this problem?

I can offer you any information to.
