Also I did setup the module correctly but I get a warning on modules page.Please help me!SOLVED: The John Doe account had a French address, that's the reason paypal was in french. Thanks! I was using the jon doe account setup by default, which has a french address!! changed the address to a UK one and it worked fine!! Could this be the same issue you guys are having?
