Hosting with increased memory -Only way to get prestashop 1.4 to work

So I have been waiting ages and ages for 1.4 final to be released and it finally arrives, but I have now realised that I am in need of more memory on the server in order to run it, I currently have hosting with fasthosts and have there basic package of linux. Now i am in need of 64mb yet fasthost only give me 30mb until I go to virtual or dedicated server package which is from £20.00 per monthe rather than the £6.00 I am currently on. Is there anyway around this or does anyone know of any cheap hosting that I can get this memory allocation as it is the only way for me to get prestashop working correctly.

The problem

The problem that is occuring is that the module and payment tab are not showing due to a lack of memory so I need to increase it

I only pay £20 for unmetered bandwidth and unlimited addon domains, currently running 1 prestashop, 3 zencart and 4 wordpress sites on my package.

He does cheaper packages for single domains, customer service is excellent and his security is second to none.
When i moved to scotserve he even moved my sites for me, so didnt have to do anything.
