upgrading my sql dabase errors

Hello,

I just installed the latest version presta and I am trying to just import some categories. The csv file is perfectly tuned but I get this message no matter what

6 errors
Baseball/Softball (ID 137) Cannot be saved
Soccer (ID 146) Cannot be saved
Fitness (ID 130) Cannot be saved

Any ideas of how to fix this?

I also cannot backup my sql database to transfer it to the new install. I get a blank page with just a logo after the import is done in mysql.
