newbie question:How to change text and remove some

Hi,

First I want to say thanks for a wonderful shop.

I Has been using a little asp.net before and are more or less new to PhP.

My question here are, which file has the Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet
etc text on it?
I have tried to find this text but cant fins any html code what so ever.

I have also tried to find the contact, sitemap and bookmark link to remove it but without sucess. I cant find the html code!

You need to log to your Back Office (admin panel) then choose modules go down to section “Tools” look for: Home text editor v1.4 and click on configure

same tab modules on top you will see Positions click on it and go to Top of pages and delete what ever area that you do not want

Thanks so much! But if I want to change it manually (go inside the code) which file is it that Im supposed to change?

Now if what you want to edit the header you have to go to your theme in use folder and edit the header.tpl

well, it works just great! My question is why sometimes it show up and another times it won't?
i had 3 friends to test it and two of them did not see the "lorem ipsum" and the other one saw it. why?
