Chocobar & Sweets theme category failure

Hello, | I have bought the chocobar and sweets theme but from the backoffice I want to change the category picutes. The developer does not take me serious, it still does not work. Do you guys have any suggestion how I can solve this. In the demo it works perfectly but in real it does not work and my frontpage really looks weird. The back up from the deverloper  is really no good. This is taking a very long time and I send him about 4 mails aobut it.  I think he is just waiting till my guarantee will expire.
