Edit "Check out" button in cart..??

Hi

I'm setting up a new website, it's the 2nd site using this great script

The website will be used not to process online sales/orders but instead used for customers to add the quantity they require (bulk orders) to the cart and process it as a Quotation Request. Then based on the customers physical address and selected product/s and quantities, we'll then calculate the appropriate products price (depending on the quantity) and shipping costs. We'll then send the quotation to our customer etc..

I have managed to change the "Add to cart" button to display "Request Quotation", I am happy with this.
Now I need a few more alterations, if anyone could help I'd really appreciate it.

1. Edit "Check out" button to display "Process Query"
2. All the products will have 0.00 price displayed as I am not including this information for various reasons.., but this causes a problem during the check out process. Immediately after the shipping page, the system automatically skips the Payment Page. PS then sends an Order Confirmation & Payment Accepted Email, I do not want this at all. The system should take the customer to the shipping page (which I have setup with banking details/instructions should the client accept our quotation). Can this be done?

this is something similar to what I am after. Have just setup my first PrestaShop site, and very impressed with the software!
I am also looking to run a quotation/enquiry site as opposed to online purchasing.

I'd be looking to rename
Add to Cart -> Add to enquiry
remove pricing from all pages (if possible)
change the summary to reflect no pricing

not sure if this can be done, or if I'd need to look at some other software

hoping someone can give me a nudge in the right direction
