Unidev Posted February 9, 2019 Share Posted February 9, 2019 Hi! We're on PrestaShop version 1.5.6 and recently installed the PayPal module ( developed by PrestaShop ). The IPN is enabled but some of the orders that go through don't show up in the PrestaShop admin, all orders are showing up in PayPal however. We do have a different front end URL than backend (store on frontend, shop on backend ). The backend URL is what is used for the IPN url. The return to PrestaShop option is also not enabled within PayPal, not sure if that could cause an issue as well? Has anyone experienced an issue like this before or have any ideas? Thanks!
