claeshofler Posted February 4, 2019 Share Posted February 4, 2019 (edited) Hi, We're experiencing problems with the checkout process on our page and are hoping someone might have an idea what is causing it. The page loads fast enough and browsing on the page is also at an acceptable speed, but when going through the checkout process each step can take from 7-16 seconds. As example, adding a product to the shopping basket takes 7 seconds. The connection itself is fine and our hosting service have confirmed that there is plenty of space on the server. The problem seems to have gotten worse in the last time, only changes made is that we have started to replace some older images with ones of better quality, but size wise they don't differ by more than maximim 20kb per image, and approximately 20 images have been changed so not that many.
