CJH Posted February 3, 2019 Share Posted February 3, 2019 I've moved from 1.6 to 1.7.4.4, so have lots of data to work from (and more since being live in 1.7). Is anyone else having problems with the forecast graph? The graph does not register any data, no matter what: no graphs show, only the empty flat line. Entering data in configuration makes no difference, and this is not being saved (it's present only while on the page: leave and come back and all configuration fields are at 0). Uninstalling the module and reinstalling makes no difference. Is this a known bug? If so I haven't found a report. Ideas to fix it? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
CJH Posted October 15, 2019 Author Share Posted October 15, 2019 Months on, I never did find a way to get this working in 1.7.4.4. But I just made a new install from scratch, of 1.7.6.1. Imported the data, same result - this module/graph still doesn't work. So either something is wrong in the database that prevents the background information (the info that is required to make it work) from being saved, or ... well, I have no idea or how to fix it. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
