fatsats Posted January 30, 2019 Share Posted January 30, 2019 I am having problems getting my site ssl to work .i have checked on the hosting site (ionus 1&1) and the site shows as green and certificate working. when i try to install it on the prestashop site .This is the message. This site can’t be reached %2Aclearance2u.co.uk’s server IP address could not be found. Any help would be appreciated ,this is a new site and i dont want to start advertising it on facebook etc,with an Not Secure message being displayed Thanks in advance Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Posted January 30, 2019 Share Posted January 30, 2019 Not sure that isto do with SSL If SSL you usually get a warning. But this is not a warning, it cannot be reached.
