Cannot switch between tab on Form Builder Module

Hello everybody,

I'm pretty new on Prestashop and I would like to know if somebody can hep me with my issue.

When I would like to add a form with this module, I cannot switch between tabs (see picture attached). So when I click for example on "MAIL", nothing happen.

Do you know what I can do ? Do you already have this issue and solved it ?
