Saraaa Posted January 13, 2019 Share Posted January 13, 2019 (edited) Hello, I have a problem in my prestashop 1.6.1.6 In the order detail in the back end the product attributes are not showing along side the product name (see picture). Dmitry Sev Posted January 13, 2019 Share Posted January 13, 2019 Hi Product attributes are not showing by default. So in this case Presta is working absolutely correctly. Saraaa Posted January 17, 2019 Author Share Posted January 17, 2019 thank you for your answer I tried to understand what is happenning because i never had this problem before and I realised that before when the client order a product with attribute in the table Order_details in the column "Product_name" the name of product and the attributes choosed by the client are saved and i guess the informations of the order in the back office and in the invoice are fetched from that table but now only the name of the product is saved in "product_name" column this i why I'm only getting the name of the product in the back office and the invoice Any help ?!!!!
