Create custom hooks for cms pages?

So I'm trying to add contact form module onto a cms page I created. From what I understand I'd need to create a custom hook and then place that hook in the page.tpl.

So firstly how do I create a custom hook in Prestashop 1.7?

And then how do I add that hook in the page.tpl to make it appear only on the cms page I want it to be on?

UPDATE: I found this free module, and I might give it a go: https://mypresta.eu/modules/administration-tools/hooks-manager.html

Though if anybody has a manual method I would much appreciate it as I prefer to learn how to code stuff rather than bloat sites with modules.

Also I'm still not really sure how I'll add the hook to just one of the cms pages rather than all cms pages.
