Admin Back Office behind Load Balancer

Hi,

i have a load balancer (lb01) which redirects traffic to three servers (s01, s02, s03).

It works fine, but sometimes I am kicked out of my back office. Sometimes I also need more than 10 attempts to successfully log in.

Is there a way to redirect all requests from www.mydomain.com/myadmin (lb01) to s01/myadmin ?

 

Entering the IP of s01 in etc/hosts is not a solution, because my sales team has no permission to change this file on their computers. 
I am looking for a server side solution.
