Apar Posted November 14, 2018 Share Posted November 14, 2018 Create a backup for your shop. At the time of upgrading using 1 click upgrade skip the option to create backup. brookny Posted November 14, 2018 Author Share Posted November 14, 2018 How to do backup right? Do I need to use a stand-alone memory card or something else? I did something to my computer already. And also I tried to upgrade already long time ago to older version but still, unfortunately cannot upgrade. Still same errors. I have not non- prestashop modules. Apar Posted November 15, 2018 Share Posted November 15, 2018 Create a local backup for public_html folder and export all the tables for your site. Then try to update your site without creating a backup to rollback due to error ( This could be risky because you won't be able to rollback automatically in case of error occurs) so i would recommend you to update site at night time so that your downtime does not effect your site traffic.
