Limit amount spent monthly

Hello,

I am looking to limit the amount any user can spend monthly. Not number of products, but the amount of money. The reason is a bit complicated, it is a rewards store and ucsers cannot spend more than 300 montly. 

I have seen different modules to limit the amount of products a user can buy and the amount of products in the cart, but nothing to limit the amount of money spent montly.

Anybody know if I can set up Prestashop to check this or if there is already any payed module to do it?
