Error when receive an external link

Hi,
I have a ecommerce running on prestashop 1.3.2.3. version. I'm waitin the final 1.4 version to upgrade it.

So, I have a prestashop running with the [EW] Url Rewriting + v1.2 plugin.

When I receive a link from my advertisement like this:
http://www.store.com.br/category/215-product.html?=shoppinguol&utm_source=shoppinguol&utm_medium=comparador&utm_term=produto&utm_content=categoria produto a Venda&utm_campaign=Início/Casa, Construção e Jardim/Inseticida

In the Google Chrome browser, i see this error:

Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): Too many redirects.

So, I tried a lot of things to solve this problem, and I saw that if I change the Url, to be like that:
http://www.store.com.br/category/215-product.html?=shoppinguol&utm_source=shoppinguol&utm_medium=comparador&utm_term=jimo&utm_content=teste&utm_campaign=teste

In this way, my url works.

So I think that the problem is the Special Characters in the URL, like space: , or Special Brazilian characters, like ç ã õ.

I want to know, how can I solve this problem, to wordpress redirect the first url, that is the url I receive from advertisements.

Can anyone help me?
