Is this because of the unique product reference? The product is created with the information of the smallest size (125ml) so the combination with size 125ml has the same reference... Is this the problem? When I import the combinations, I'm using product reference as key. No one who can tell me why I only have one combination, while I'm importing 2.... No one who can tell me how to do it better, or how I schould do it ... Product reference = only used to match combination and product. Combination reference (or just reference) = unique number for each combination.
