Catalog Price Rules Not working as in prestashop 1.6

Hello everybody. I hope you can help:

My issue is the following:

I have a prior site developed in Prestashop 1.6 and I have a catalog price rule that says that whenever a client select an X amount of items, the cart applies an  X discount in an amount to all of the products in the cart, that’s OK with me and works perfect. site where you can test this: savijeans.com

Now I have developed a similar site that is supposed to have the same catalog price rule, the difference is that I’m using now prestashop 1.7, with the same exact rules and settings, and now the cart rule only applies when a customer selects an x amount of items but the discount is applied ONLY WHEN YOU REACH THAT AMOUNT OF ITEMS ON THE SAME PRODUCT, not like the first site, that applies the rule when you get that amount of items in TOTAL. Please, if somebody has the same problem I would love to hear the proper fix, since I cannot believe that two sites with the same exact rules act different when you are using a different prestashop version. site where you can test this: ciclonjeans.mx
