Create a horizontal menu like this one and convert it into a prestashop module

Hello,

Does someone know how to create a horizontal menu like :

and integrate it in prestashop?

3 levels (or more), with drop-down style starting at the 3rd level.

(Javascript is apparently only used for the hover option, when javascript is deactivated everything else works the same).

This kind of menu seems to be missing in prestashop as a module.
