Multiple H1 tags caused by 'New Products' and 'Best selling' modules 1.7.4.2

Hi guys,  we have one big issue at the prestashop 1.7.4.2 about duplicated H1 on front made by "New products" and "best sales" modules.

And why is to different pages made equal?

this: myshop.com/en/create-account

and this: myshop.com/en/create-account?create_account=1

These two parts makes a duplicated H1

 

Any solution to fix this?

The solution is edit the tpl and change all H1 to H2 or H3, but keep in mind you need have a leas one H1 in the page.

But how was it solved in 1.6 then?

Because it's not like that in our 1.6 store.

In my world if you make an upgrade of something it needs to be better not worst.
