Please ask your hosting provider to increase this limit to 3584 at least, or you will have to edit the translation files.

You need to contact your hosting provider to increase the same. It can only be increased from the server side.

Depending upon the server host, Various methods are available to increase the same (like from cPanel etc).

The most common way is to edit the php.ini file & update the  max_input_vars variable. Make making changes, you need to restart the webserver (Apache). So the best way is to contact hosting if you are not aware these things.
