phone field mandatory

Hello, everyone is a novice of prestashop and this is my second experience with this platform.

I installed the prestashop version 1.7.3.3 and the customer would like to set the phone field of the registration form and checkout required for the purposes of

shipping only that seeing on the internet I managed in the backend under the heading addresses to set the phone as a mandatory field after also enabled the b2b mode but despite this jumping the phone field still makes me proceed with the checkout. How can I solve? Thank you

if you set phone as mandatory in customer addresses maybe you need to clear cache and force compile, chrome also require clearing history in some cases
