Roberto Donghi
Hi, I'm trying to upload a module from a zip file (i've bought a new template) to modules -> modules & Services -> upload a module. I've been waiting for hours the complete installation, but always see the uploading circle working. Please, can anyone hel me?
Knowband Plugins
In that case, I would suggest uploading the module manually. Copy the module folder inside the modules directory using the FTP. I hope it will help.

As you can see in the attachment, the manual says: "Also you can upload blog module via direct FTP by extracting blog module zip files from theme package to your prestashop insatllation Module folder". So I went to psblog zip file in the theme package, I extracted it to the desktop and then i copy it in modules folder with filezilla. But it still not exist in my frontoffice =( Maybe I've to extract it directly in the modules folder? Is it possibile with filezilla? Because as you can see in img02, i've not installed prestashop in my local file. Don't know why, I was not expert..
