How to remove old Twenga Tracking code?

Hi all,

Twenga recently (maybe not so much) removed their Free Prestashop Module, I uninstalled it but my website still calls their tracking code and link on their website.

I searched everywhere but cannot find where to remove these links and code.

For example, this URL: https://www.vapormetal.com/accessori-kayfun/639-sxk-kayfun-prime-tank.html

calls this file from their website:
Link to inaccessible page

This page links to the page "/st/tracker_e24e88a1daee43d615d23958071f6768.js" (using the <script src> tag). The web server returned the error code -100 (HTTP error (unexpected EOF)) when accessing the linked page. This means that search engines cannot access the linked page, either, and that they might come to the conclusion that this page is not up-to-date.

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance

Maybe you edited header.tpl or footer.tpl to add the Twenga code?

And I suppose that you have cleared cache....

Yeah, multiple times... No joy, code stille there right with Google Analytics and another code from another module (which is in the left column by the way).

Edit. This is the code, it's on all pages if I inspect them with Chrome.

"<script type="text/javascript" src="https://tracker.twenga.it/st/tracker_e24e88a1daee43d615d23958071f6768.js"></script>"

Yo umay have to ftp all the files to local computer then do an "inside" file search

Done, nothing again unfortunately. This is getting silly... I even tried contacting Twenga, they don't have a clue (or can't be bothered to research an old modules doings)

It HAS to be either in one of the files or in the database. I can't be anywhere else.

Incidentally why do you get those randon numbers added to your URLs??

https://www.vapormetal.com/it/accessori-kayfun/sxk-kayfun-prime-tank.html

becomes

https://www.vapormetal.com/it/accessori-kayfun/sxk-kayfun-prime-tank.html#.W6owDWjdvIU

Which makes me very nervous.

Because it looks like I am being redirect to a page I had not requested. Just might make customers a bit jumpy (customers are touchy lots and may think there is a virus lurking there

Can it not be switched off somehow? those codes don;t appear on anyo other addthis site - not even their own
