everje Posted February 2, 2011 Share Posted February 2, 2011 Hola,Espero contar con su apoyo, soy nuevo en esto y tengo buen tiempo con este problema, el caso es que cuando instalo los modulos de pago ninguno funciona, he probado solo configurando transferencia bancaria y pago contra reenbolso y en todos los casos me da el mismo error, he modificado los permisos cambiando de 0777 a 0755 y 0666 pero tampoco funciona. espero su apoyo.Adjunto mensaje de error.Internal Server ErrorThe server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.More information about this error may be available in the server error log.Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. everje Posted February 5, 2011 Author Share Posted February 5, 2011 En realidad mi proveedor no me ayudo mucho, tuve que ir por lo radical, borrar la instalación y instalar todo de nuevo, el problema era que yo estaba usando la herramienta del panel de control de mi hosting para instalar prestashop, al perecer esta no esta funcionando bien y me generabe el error.asi que subi los archivos de prestashop al servidor y empeze todo de nuevo, con la instalación manual he solucionado mi problema.gracias por su ayudaMas información en el blog: www.puntodeviaje.blogspot.com Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
