Choosing an attribute adds amount to final total price

Hello,

Situation: 

user can choose which Type of print to use for printing on a pen - I want this Type of print as a prestashop attribute (together with combinations), but I want after choosing this attribute to add fixed one-time amount to a final price not to the product price.

I know I can modify price of the product itself, I know I can modify per piece price, but these are not what I need. 

 

1) Is it possible with prestashop? 

2) Do you know about any module which can do this? 

3) Am I able to create a module which can do this? I am a developer so please suggest which hook can be used or an other advices. (answer "everything can be done with modules" is not a answer)
