poor admin login page after migration

Hi there, i'm still asking for your help.

I'm going to upgrade to prestashop 1.7 so the first thing to do for me is move the site on a test folder,

I created a new database and copy on it the live one, i copy all files and folder as usual.

Anyway something goes wrong and test shop does not run:

- backoffice login page seems to lost css please see attacched screenshot.

- ssl seems to be enabled but it is not (i checke on db and tables are set to value 0)

- if i go to home it redirect me to the live shop (on ps_shop_url i setted the new url)

Any suggestion?

solved reuploading files maybe something went wrong
