Modifying Blockuserinfo! help

[Toonami]

Is there already any module or how to make this:
On header where is Welcome, Login Your account, your cart. To add Sign Up button. And when you press login it goes to login page, not the both where are register and login, and for Sign Up button it goes for sign up. ? Because now its annoying people dont know how to register, they see only login button.


P.S. In attachment im showing how it looks now, and i wanna it seperate.
