adding logos?images to product descriptions?

Hi
Tried search but nothing came up so can anyone help?

In the product description - text input screen - there is the facility to add an image in the text area.
I have loaded the images (logos) into the PS img folder on the server - as this seems to be what is needed.
However, when I insert the link in the add image table/screen the image does not show, I just get a blank frame.

Can anyone suggest what I am missing?
