Can't auhtenticate with the login page

It's a new installation, Prestashop 1.7.4.1.

I can't authenticate with the login page, I get always an error.
But if I use this URL, it works, and I can log in ("site" and "token" are changed).
http://www.site.com/admin513r2grxl/index.php?controller=AdminLogin&token=XXXX

I the server, there is a folder with the name "admin513r2grxl".
Is that correct? I must change this name?

Do I have to do something to authenticate with the login page?

As per shared URL, your admin login page is http://www.camiondescuento.com/admin513r2grxl

Kindly confirm if you are not able to login into Admin using above URL?

 

And yes, if you want the different admin URL, Change the folder name to the desired name.

I'll try to explain it. If I use the mentioned URL, I can login into Admin. But if I use the link in the top to go to a login page, then I always get an authentication error. I've attached the image showing this link.

To make it clear:

WAY A (success):
1. Navigate to: http://www.site.com/admin513r2grxl/index.php?controller=AdminLogin&token=XXXX
2. Put credentials
3. Successful login

WAY B (error):
1. Click on "Iniciar sesión/Start session" link
2. Put credentials
3. Always error in authentication
 

And my costumer wants to login using this page, so I'll appreciate your help.
