Hello !

For those who do not know yet, I present to you our best seller Advanced Search 3 :)

Hi,

I had sent a below email to you, but still there is no response, can you reply me here


We are interested in buying your product " Advanced Search - V3 , But in the same we find that
while we search for particular type of product, The pricing is not getting changed as per the attribute

For example in your demo site, we had selected the following

Category = I Pod
Color = Black
Disk Space = 8 GB

The Product getting displayed as 16 GB with the price of 189.05 Euro

instead of 141.55 Euro, Can you please let me know whether do you have option to display the correct
amount, if so please do let me know.

And also we would like to have the search criteria on the home page, Once selected we can take the visitor

to product search page.

Please advice me whether is it possible, It will help us decide on our purchase.

Hello I sent you another mail.
I write here to be transparent.
So I bought this module instead of use search via attribute, free module, because I would the searchs and also speed via ajax.
Now I have a modified theme, in which I installed other modules and they worked perfectly.

I sent to you email saying that module didn't work and you reply that:
- module works only on prestashop original theme and if I would modify the problem I have to open ticket assistance, 1 hour 71,76 euro.

It becomes to me absurd, first maybe is to change a little bit to adapt to my theme.
You offer this module at 99 + vat and then you charge 1 hour of assistance, I repeat it is absurde.

I request not a change of module, but to adapt to my theme, so you can reply here and say to me how to do.

If not I wouldn't use your module (that i can't use), my site you know it, so I won't use never your module on my site, but in this case I have to request refund.

I write again here that on your page it isn't written that it is only for original theme, so.....

I hope in your reply on how to do here.
In other case I ask for refund via paypal.

I write again here, I ask to you refund, because server owner says to me that I have a loop ajax (caused by your module), so you are sure I didn't install this module also if it search in future.
I ask to refund.

I don't try to acceed via server cause bandwith limit.

Sorry, but we don't offer a 24h/24 support in time... we need to eat sometimes !

AdvancedSearch 3 works with default and custom theme.
In your case, you have installed a module who have changed the default structure of Prestashop on your home page.
In the template of this module, you have to rename the div "center_column_home" to "center_column". That's the solution.

Understand that we can't support all Prestashop modules by default.
Sometimes, smalls adaptations are needed.

Presta-Module deliver free support not free integration.
I tell you the procedure, that's the support.
If you want I integrate, that's a service !

no sorry I have blocked until now my site, so...... you have time to eat, but i lost money.
About theme, I repeat, you aren't only one from wich I buy, I buy a lot of module for prestashop, but everyone replies without say to me buy another service, this is not trasparent.

About center_column and center_column_home in my template, you have only to say to me how to modify not changing theme, but changing your module where substituing these words in your module.

And in finally I repeat I have site blocked, it doesn't work for a continuos loop dued to this ajax module, so I hope within tomorrow to start again my site. And it is a site that sell.
I don't want anymore this module because crashes my site and I spend hour to solve now, I hope tomorrow.

I know this is true I ask for reply with urgent but the fact is that my site is block, you know what is my site, see it.

I am a gentle person, trust me, but I didn't expect this from a module.

I finally have to say that things are in this way:
- now I am sure that problem of my site is caused by my server, and so by administrator of server, I will speak with them. So it is to say that it is my server, so my fault.
- it wasn't right say that problem is caused by your module, but so administrator of server said to me. I am so sorry for this.

I write here because I am trasparent and I know you are right, I know only today.
I write here obviously that work had to be paid, so I will pay this extra work.

About this module, it is very great, speed, fantastic now that I see in work.

I repeat I am so sorry, I hope you can understand, I apologize with you.

I don't know Filter Search Pro, but I can talk of mine products ;)
You have a simple example of AdvancedSearch3 on Presta-Module.com.
You can easily place the box at left, top or on right column in the module configuration.

Theme integration is simple for someone familiar with HTML and CSS.
Otherwise, we offer a paid service for custom integration.

It will be a major update (version 4).

On this occasion, we take all our development from scratch.


The key word of this new version will be performance[/ b].

All the features that make the success of version 3 will be retained, but redesigned in order to offer you performance even further.

Hi,

Recently bought this module. Is there a way to make levels of categories show in the advanced search. So Level 0 is Brand, Level 1 is series, Level 2 is Model? In the configuration then, Category would show for each level of category there was in the category tree. Then you could use the search by step to drill through the categories.
