vynum Posted January 28, 2011 Share Posted January 28, 2011 I was wondering if there has been a "Sales Representative Module" made or would the Prestashop team of coders be willing to incorporate a Sales Representative Module that would at least meet the following minimum criteria?Sales Representative Module1.) Sales Rep sign up Form (Back office ability to make "public" or "private" sales rep registration).2.) Automatic Sales Rep ID generation (Tracking of sales & commissions)3.) Automatic Residual per sales rep, on a per customer basis. (Repeat Customer, Sales Rep gets the set commission)4.) Ability to manually add & setup Sales Reps in Back Office5.) Back Office ability to Set up Commission structure on a per Sales Rep basis.6.) Track Sales Rep's via Stats in Back Office7.) Allow Sales Reps to log in and track own personal sales and commissions and structures8.) Split Sales Rep's commission and deposit into separate Bank Account at point of sale.9.) At point of sale, Pay Sales Rep via Direct Deposit into Sales Rep's own Bank Account.10.) Ability to set or adjust sales reps commissions if certain criteria is met (ex. 100 sales, commission increases on a per dollar amount or percentage)11.) Allow sales rep to log-in and keep track of individual sales rep accounts. ( Configurable via Back Office )12.) Back Office Sales Rep inactivity adjustments.[/code]IMPORTANT FEATURE: Allow the Sales Rep ID be part of and integrated into an affiliate program. So If a Sales Rep chooses to help Market & Promote Company or Products over the web via posting of Company banners, email etc. He will gain his commissions via click through tracking from customers and obtain credits or commissions by his efforts at point of sale by customers he has generated. Adding to this, allow Back Office Admin view Sale Rep Statistics either by Web efforts, Direct or Indirect Sales. these are just a few features We would like to have. If there is a module similar please post a link. Many companies have sales reps and it would be nice to have a quote system integrated to you can run those sales through your store. I know that Magento has something like this. Little Black Market Posted November 25, 2014 Share Posted November 25, 2014 Yeah i am after the same thing for my shop... Some one could make a lot of sales for this module... Prestashop told me it is a good idea... I spoke to Prestashop about this and i think i have come up with a temporary solution... You can input a code at checkout... say one that represents a sales rep... Their initials and a number say... At Checkout the customers put in that sales reps code, then that rep gets credit for that sale... At the end of the month, the back office can easily tally up that reps sales and you pay accordingly... Prestashop told me it can work this way.... i have not done it just yet as i am still dialling in the rest of my shop, but hopefully in a few days i can test to see if this really works... all this can be done in the standard Prestashop without adding any modules... 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
