Google chrome bug , problem autoredirect on checkout process on personnal information step

The payment process is not working properly. the page is refreshed alone, especially on the google chrome browser.  in fact , When you want to make a purchase and you arrive in the personal information section arrive at a time before you finish filling out the information relating to the purchase. The website updates itself and the product ordered disappears . We did the tessts on the site and realized that the payment process works fine except with Google chrome browser. I do not know what to do.

Hello,

It's difficult to know, but you can follow this steps trying to identify the source:

1. Turn on debug mode to see if trough an error
2. Disable all override files
3. Disable all non native modules

If error is gone, you will know that the issue is caused for something external to the default environment.
