pnwtool Posted August 26, 2018 Share Posted August 26, 2018 Is there a way to have prestashop send me an email when a customer checks out using a bank transfer so I know to look for the actual bank transfer? I know I can see the order appear under "orders" labeled as "awaiting bank transfer", but I would like to be notified by email that the order was placed. endriu107 Posted August 26, 2018 Share Posted August 26, 2018 PrestaShop have native module with email notification, you can enable it and everytime when new order is placed email will be sent to you. If I know a new order was placed I can then check the dashboard and orders page to see if it was an order paid by a bank transfer. Not ideal, but it will work. Thanks.
