XML / Database structure - Customer and order detail

I am new to Prestashop and PHP and MySQL but what i require is the orders that are paid for to be added to a XML file in certain tags for my supplier. The issue is from what i read the Database Schema normally there is a connecting ID that links orders to the customer information that i need:

Here the list of information i need per order:

Order ID
Customer E-mail
Customer Mobile Number
Order Date
Customer Name
Customer Address
Product Reference
Product Quantity
Postal Option

Any ideas on how to get the information or the link between the tables or maybe an easy solution to get this information in one place
