I have Prestashop 8 months now and everything works fine since last weeks I get a lot 504 time-out on back-office and yesterday the "kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork303" . Did anyone knows what going on? Thanks in advance, Jona
selectshop.at
You are using which browser ? If it is safari, than upgrade to latest version. If you are still having same problem, try with another browser. This error could be also a https2 server error. You should host your site on a http1 server. http2 protocol is not yet supported over all networks, furthermore there are some incompatibility with caching.
JONA
Hello, Thanks for your answer. Yes I have Safari 11.1.2 (13605.3.8) I think it's the latest version. I run the Google Chrome and it works fine if you clean caches often. So Safari cause that! Interesting! Thanks again for your reply!
Knowband Plugins
Hi, I think it's because of the Gamification module. Can you please disable Gamification module (Merchant Expertise) & check again?
