er_pepito
Goodnight! I would like to create (or edit the existing one of which I do not know or your user name) through the BD to the superadmin in a project prestashop 1.7 Another option would be to edit a limited user that is already created so that you have full access. I have to do it for BD because I do not know the data of the superadmin (nor its user, nor do I have access to your mail to retrieve password or anything). This website was created by a third company which does not plan to provide us with this information. We have the web ready but stop because of this Thanks in advance to everyone A greeting!!! Knowband Plugins
You are the owner of the website. Right? If yes, then I don't think any development company will deny for sharing the admin details to the owner?
er_pepito
good! Thanks for your response first. I am a friend of the owner of the portal. I know a little (but not a lot) about websites. The company that created the portal has only provided us with a copy of the database and the FTP. This company and my friend ended up wrong, angry, and refuse to facilitate our work. Knowband Plugins
Hi, If you have DB access then you can achieve the same. Open the DB via phpMyAdmin (OR Similar tool) & check the employee table. & set the id_profile id to "1" in the DB for the desired employee as mentioned in below screenshot. (After that Logout & login again in the admin panel) Hope it will help.
