Prestashop 1.7.2.1 in debug mode lets admin modules, but in production mode doesn't show any module

In Prestashop 1.7.2.1, When I enable debug mode, the backoffice shows all modules installed, and let admin them.

But when I disable the debug mode, the backoffice doesn't show any module, don't let me to administer anyone

It's a problem that happened in the first releases of PS 1.7, just have to delete the smarty and symfony cache.

The smarty cache can be clear from the Performance page in the BO and the other from the path /app/cache/
