[SOLVED]checkout offers a choice to not pay postage

Hi,

on my site, revy rocks When u get to the check out it has a box which offers customers the option of choosing free postage, even tho all of the postage costs are set up, ive added a picture.

As u can see its defaults to £3 what is what it should be, but then gives the option to pay nothing! how do i stop that??

Solved this, What happened was... I set up delivery wrong! if u have the same thing, check that you havent got multiple carriers, i had different price ranges set to different carriers, changed it to the same carrier and problem solved!
