Knowband Plugins Posted August 9, 2018 Share Posted August 9, 2018 Hi, Kindly confirm how did you changed the images means from the web admin OR CSV upload etc? How you ensured that images are updated correctly? Are you able to see the correct images on the front end? DARKF3D3 Posted August 9, 2018 Author Share Posted August 9, 2018 I changed the images from back office. After a long search I found that the product images showed on admin order page are stored into folder /img/tmp (named: product_mini_20_0.jpg, product_mini_23_0.jpg...). So to refresh these images you have to delete the image into this folder. Without deleting these images there's no way to refresh them, also claring PS cache and browser cache.
