Charles Chars Posted August 5, 2018 Share Posted August 5, 2018 (edited) Why when I go to prestashop backend, "International > Localization", "Currencies" tab and click on "Live Exchange Rates" then click "Update". The live exchange rates, button then becomes disabled? And how can I ensure that currencies are automatically updated? Knowband Plugins Posted August 9, 2018 Share Posted August 9, 2018 Hi, It seems that clicking on the 'Update Exchange Rates', will set the 'Live exchange Rate' setting disabled. So its suggested not use 'Update Exchange Rates' button. Regarding the automatic update, Kindly check whether CRON is set OR not in the CRON Manager module i.e. Admin -> Modules -> Cron Task Manager-> Configure.
