Error Attempted to call function "load_plugin_textdomain" from the global namespace.

I'm not able to access the Module section in my store's back office. The error I'm getting is Attempted to call function "load_plugin_textdomain" from the global namespace.

It's something to do with plug-ins but how do I rectify it??? I've deleted all the 3rd party plug ins I downloaded like PayPal, MailChimp etc. BUT still can't get access. Will really appreciate some help!
