PS 1.7.3.2 - Quantity discount table does not update when a non-default combination is selected

I am using prestashop 1.7.3.2 and I found a problem with the quantity discount table on the product page. The problem concerns products which have combinations that affect price, and has Specific prices set  (ie. discounts based on quantities ordered)

The default colour combination is Black. If you select another colour, ie. Green or White, the product price updates but the values in the discount table stay the same. ie. it displays the amount saved for the Black colour.

I found a ticket on the forge regarding this issue, however Prestashop closed the thread because they could not recreate the problem. But the issue exists on my store ever since I upgraded from PS 1.5.4.1 to PS 1.7.3.2. Here is the forge ticket: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/BOOM-3976#

Right now the discount table is very misleading and does not clearly show the customer the discounts they are entitled to, so it is a major issue in my view. 

Please post here if you have the same issue, and hopefully prestashop will re-open the ticket on the forge.
