editing theme colours & layout

Hello, I am currently using a template monster theme which can be found here: http://www.templatemonster.com/free-templates/free-prestashop-theme.php

I have been editing the colours and have got stuck on the last bit that I would like to edit. http://www.hotcosmetics.co.uk/ If you look just below the logo, there is home, contact, sitemap etc. Then directly under it there is that thin grey bar, with the right half being light green. Well, what I'm asking is does anyone know how I can turn the left half light green to match the right half?

Now on to my second question. At the bottom of my homepage is the featured products which is displayed in boxes. I was wondering if it was possible to change the layout to match the product pages like this http://www.hotcosmetics.co.uk/25-fragrances so that it is displayed as a list rather than as boxes.


I hope that makes sense. Any help is appreciated.

I managed to work out the first part, but still stuck on editing the layout of featured products. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great.

I attached some images. I would like my featured products to be displayed in the same way as shown in product_page.jpg, if its possible. I've been trying to work it out for a few days now and its sending me crazy!
